What ftp client are you using? You should be able to delete it with that. The server may be set up to block deletions, so create another file with the same name and upload to overwrite it.

Probably that will fix the problem. Do you know if it is possible to allow characters like á, é, ç, etc.? All those weird european letters.... eh
